Google does not play well on the tablets and a majority of my students have Apple based products. so Evernote made sense because it plays well on Apple AND Android devices. There are some great and inexpensive scanners (Doxie) and Document Cameras (IPEVO) that you should look into. Maybe the school, PTO or district could chip to get them.
