When we do project assessments, I send their score sheet to their Evernote email. This puts it directly into their Evernote notebook, sometimes before the get back to their seats. I put assignments and labs in their notebooks, students complete them in OneNote, and they sync when at school so I can get a copy of their work. I grade them, sync so they can see their graded work.
